We recently provided The Lord Mayor of Newcastle with audio visual support for the prestigious Lord Mayor’s Ball in the grand Newcastle Civic Centre. We provided two stages, one stage for presentations and charity auction (hosted by the Mayor and Sky’s Pete Graves) and the other stage for live bands and entertainment. The whole event was streamed via our live HD cameras throughout the banqueting suite via large screens, this allowed the guests to be close to the action even if they were sat at the back of the room. We enjoyed working with the Mayor’s team, Mark Wright the organiser of the event thought of everything which made the whole day and night run like clock work.
